Refund policy

ProAppGuide sells paid featured listings: Featured ($59, introductory rate), Featured Plus ($119), and Premium / Category sponsor ($199). Each is a one-time digital service delivered online on ProAppGuide. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Before your listing goes live

You can get a full refund on request within 14 days of purchase if your featured listing hasn't gone live yet.

After your listing goes live

If we fail to deliver what was described on the Get Featured page, we'll give a prorated or full refund at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Send your request through our contact page (email: [email protected]). Include the email address used at checkout and the product you bought.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Charges appear on your card statement as SCHOLAR (possibly followed by PROAPPGUIDE), from Feral Scholar Media, LLC, the company that operates ProAppGuide.
